THE BANNATYNE GROUP AGREES TERMS FOR
BANNATYNE DIGITAL LTD MANAGEMENT BUY OUT


The Bannatyne Group has announced it has agreed terms for a Management Buy Out of Bannatyne Digital Ltd.

Company Directors Steve Foster and Peter Dickson have completed the MBO and are rebranding the company Magic Octopus Ltd.

Bannatyne Group Chairman, Duncan Bannatyne, launched the business with Steve and Peter earlier this year to provide entrepreneurs and small businesses with digital solutions including websites & SEO, brand creation and development, digital design & marketing and social media.


Duncan Bannatyne said: “I was delighted to help establish and build a profile for this business, which is in a good position to move forward under Steve and Peter’s ownership.  I wish them well with the business and hope the services they offer will continue to benefit entrepreneurs across the UK.”
